Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• all original tags (if applicable) must remain attached

• the item must not be damaged after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or special sale reasons. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or significantly different from its description.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
